I was born in 1962 in a very small Ohio town as the 8th child in a family of 14 children. At a very young age I knew I would not stay in that area and have not looked back once. I met my life mate in 1979 and today I am happily married to this wonderful man as we travel into our 31st year. We married very young at the ages of 18 and 19 with many Nay Sayers predicting we would never make it. So I ask them is 31 years still to short of a time to say we made it? We have two beautiful daughters and a handsome son of whom we are very proud. Our oldest daughter is a Forensic Pathologist and is happily married to a young man serving his country. Our youngest daughter is a wonderful mother to our two year old granddaughter and is currently in school to become a Radiologist. She served our great country in the US Air Force and is married to her handsome husband who is hero firefighter and will be serving our great country in the US Marines. Our youngest child is our son who is currently trying to get on track and accomplish his goal of getting a degree in psychology. He is struggling but we know he will prevail. Our first Granddaughter was born two and half years ago is our pride and joy. She is everything our daughter was and yet so much more. She is intelligent, inquisitive and full of toddler energy, there is not a day that goes by that we do think of her or talk to her on the phone.
