I have started this blog to keep track of my daily struggle with Interstitial Cystitis. I am hoping after a years time I might be able to see a pattern in my pain, tools that best work to deal with the pain etc. I also have Fibromyalgia suffer mostly from Chronic Fatigue side of it but also have tingling in my calves and feet at times along with the feeling of ice sometimes. I also have a few other diseases/ailments but am not going to list all of them in the intro. They will be explained as they are a part of my daily life/struggle to live as normal a life as possible with all of my conditions.
