Currently executive director of Centre for Social Equity and Inclusion (CSEI), a policy research and advocacy centre based in Delhi, India. The centre works on tracking exclusion and promoting equity and inclusion in education and employment. We are also involved on strengthening civil society organisations led by members of marginalised communities. Have been part of the voluntary sector in India for almost three decades and have the good fortune of meeting and working with people with great resilience, creativity and courage which makes work energising and progressive. Currently being a member of the National Advisory Council under the Right to Education, MHRD, provides additional spaces to work on education issues.
