Andrew Valantine

I am a health and wellness professional devoted to changing individual's lives. I focus on fitness, nutrition, stress-management, and coaching to enact change. I am a devoted follower, disciple, and worshiper of Jesus Christ, and my goal is to glorify Him in all that I do and say. He is my all in all, and my wellness philosophy stems from Christ's definition of what it means to live an "abundant life", and not according to our culture's definition of abundant living (i.e., enhanced, comfort, security, and self-aggrandizement).
