C.J. Riley

Hi, I’m C.J. I am a proud U.S. Army veteran and Navy P.O. with 15 years of service in communications, network, and counter intel operations. My time in uniform taught me many things through discipline, adaptability, and the value of teamwork. The lessons I carry into everything I also use in the intense concepts when writing my books. After transitioning from the military, I spent over a decade working in IT, networking, and technical writing. At Garmin International, I’ve helped to create and created, amazing feats of engineering, training guides, service manuals, and user support materials that make complex technology clear and accessible. I’m passionate about writing and the human spirit. Beyond my technical career, I’m also a published author, blending my love for storytelling with my background in communications. My debut novel was released in December 2024, with more projects in the works. Writing gives me the chance to share ideas, inspire others, and connect with readers on a deeper level. Whether I’m building networks, writing documentation, or crafting a story, my mission is the same: to serve, to teach, and to connect.
