Born in the 1950's, married with 3 grown sons, interested in reading, theology, wildlife, small pets, trees, country walks, classical music. I've always enjoyed writing about anything and everything, so blogging seems ideal for me! I don't have a pet subject - I am interested in many things and am amused by much of everyday life. My favourite colours are pink, purple and and red. Star sign is cancer. I love vegetables and don't eat very much meat, though I'm not a vegetarian. I care very much about the environment and do all I can to recycle, save energy, reduce waste and support responsible and compassionate farming practices. I belong to several wildlife organisations and support several charities working in Third World countries. I walk or cycle to most places locally. I think horses are the most beautiful animals in the world and pigs the most characterful. I love the sound and scent of the sea and the feel of the wind and rain on my face. I do not like hot sun. I do not follow fashions and don't like shopping. My favourite place to go for a day out is London Zoo. I like ballet, theatre and cinema and watching good films on tv. One of my favourite actors is Whoopi Goldberg.
