I am a sixty-something wife, mother, friend, sister and retired teacher. I have written poems since I was six or seven ( but the teacher didn't believe I had written it and refused to put it on the wall - maybe why I have never considered publishing ????) and songs since I was 19. I live on a beautiful farm with my lovely gentle man. I help out by driving tractors occasionally but we are semi retired so that's not much! I have a gorgeous 26 year old daughter. I retired from teaching some years ago but still miss it. I enjoy reading, writing when the muse visits, textile crafts, gardening and being with friends.
