Morgan Anthony Bourque

Morgan Anthony Bourque grew up in The Woodlands, Texas, in a community that emphasized accountability and practical problem-solving. Those early values stayed with him as he earned a Bachelor of Science from Baylor University, where he also studied communication and speech. He later attended Samford University’s Cumberland School of Law and then South Texas College of Law, where his interest in courtroom advocacy grew through Mock Trial and Moot Court, earning championships in both. During law school, Morgan learned how to break down complex issues, think quickly in demanding moments, and speak directly and steadily to juries. Before starting his own practice, he gained experience across several parts of the justice system. He interned with the United States Attorney’s Office, Department of Justice, Southern District of Texas, as well as the district attorney’s offices in Harris County and Montgomery County.
