Military law attorney Nataliia Nikolaieva practises in Kyiv and across Ukraine. Practice areas: legal assistance to individuals liable for military service and to servicemembers, challenging unlawful mobilisation, legal support in dealings with Territorial Centres of Recruitment and Social Support (TCR and SS, ТЦК), appealing decisions of Military Medical Commissions (MMC, ВЛК). Represents clients before courts of all instances and law enforcement authorities. Holds a PhD in History. Attorney-at-law since 2012. Executive Director and co-founder of the NGO "Help and Path to the Future": protection of rights and freedoms, public oversight in the security and defence sector, participation in the recovery and development of society.
