Rafael Eduardo Cedeno-Camacho, born on August 19, 1970, is recognized for his expertise and contributions to insurance and finance. He earned his public accountant degree from Santa Maria University and pursued a Global MBA at the University of Miami. He broadened his expertise with a Marketing degree from the University of California, Berkeley, and completed two Executive Programs at Singularity University in Silicon Valley. He began his professional career at KPMG, quickly acquiring a comprehensive skill set that set the stage for future achievements. He serves as Chairman of the Board of One Alliance Insurance Group. Established in 2013 in Puerto Rico, One Alliance is a leading insurance conglomerate specializing in health, property, and casualty coverage, with operations extending to the Dominican Republic and the United States. Among its primary companies are: One Alliance Insurance Company, a Puerto Rican company, boasts a solid market share and strong financial growth, with a 37.1% revenue CAGR from 2019 to 2023. A group of investors led by him acquired OAIC in 2019. The conglomerate has established itself as a global leader, maintaining successful operations in Puerto Rico, the Dominican Republic, and the United States and offering worldwide travel assistance.  He plays an active role in all operations, working closely with executives and maintaining a dynamic schedule. His investments and strategic initiatives in the insurance sector have been marked by audacity and foresight. In 2013, he assembled a group of distinguished investors to establish his first insurance company, which marked the beginning of a new era of market dominance. Under his leadership, the group has strengthened its presence in both the Latin American and U.S. insurance markets, with licensed operations in nine states: Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, Delaware, Georgia, Texas, New Jersey, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Florida.
