I am a lifelong resident of Bristol, TN. After a 20 year career in the automotive industry which included co-owning Thomas Brothers Auto in Johnson City and an association with Chip Thomas Consulting (a local company which offers sales and motivational training to automotive and non-automotive companies nationally). I began a real estate career in 2004. I obtained Rookie of the Year and numerous salesperson of the month awards with Heritage Homes and in 2007,2008 and 2009 was awarded Top Salesperson of the Year. I have also been presented with the Bristol TN-VA Association of Realtors Sales Achievement Award in 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009. In 2009 I was presented with the BTVAR Lifetime Sales Achievement Award, and was Top Sales Agent in Bristol for 2008 and 2009 per Mls statistics. In 2006 I obtained two nationally recognized designations to enable me to serve my clients more efficiently and effectively - The ABR - Accredited Buyers Representative (only 11% of Realtors nationally hold this designation) and also GRI-Graduate of Realtors Institute (only 8% of Realtors nationally hold this designation. In 2008 I obtained the nationally recognized e-PRO designation. I will always strive to obtain the education necessary to provide the level of service I feel every client deserves. I will also provide buyers and sellers in both Tennessee and Virginia a level of service that is second to none in meeting their real estate needs.
