John is an “experimental” cook and loves to create new dishes, sometimes simply by reading several recipes of a certain ethnic or regional type and just making something up from the ingredients that are used in them. While not all these recipes are a success, several of them have proven to be keepers and will end up in the Recipes section of this blog for all those brave enough to try.
